1. Are your mornings more calm or chaos and why? My mornings are always chaos. Mainly because I prioritise sleep over getting ready so I only have about 10mins to get ready before starting work
2. What does ‘routine’ mean to you at this stage of your life? Routine is essential to me at this stage in life. I work full time and I am still training as a full time athlete so a lot of my daily life is scheduled into a well oiled machine and routine.
3. Talk us through the first moments of your morning what are the first 3 things you do? First thing is a cup of coffee, usually made by my husband . Then it's breakfast followed my health supplements to start my day as healthy as possible
4. What helps you feel most like you in the morning? A cuddle with my dog is the best way to start a day and always a great way to start the day with a happy smiling face
5. Where do brows fit into your everyday routine? Brows are an essential part of my getting ready routine. I don't wear loads of make up because I'm usually going to the gym so my brows nicely done really help me feel put together
6. What are your five must-have products you start your day with? My daily routine is an SPF moisturiser then By Ellie textured brow, sometimes a bit of brow dust too. Then it's mascara and concealer and I'm good to go
